Prepare the Package
Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Oscalito tags attached, then place them securely in the original shipping box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
